When you hear the words “Builder’s Exchange”, you probably think of a building where plans are kept. The “Builder’s Exchange” means so many things. It is the ultimate communication between all segments of the construction industry. Every aspect from Prime Contractors, Sub Contractors, Suppliers, Engineers, Owners and Awarding Agencies.   Together, in association with the Fond du Lac Builder’s Exchange, we are able to make the entire process of the construction industry run a little more smoothly for all of our members. The Builder’s Exchange is efficiently ran by a board of directors, who meet annually to discuss major decisions related to the exchange. If necessary, the board of directors also assemble for special meetings.   The Builder's  Exchange  offers a full service plan room including: Daily Addendum Updates Multiple Estimating Areas Use of the Fax Machine Reference Materials Blueprint and Specification Copying Equipment Assistance from plan room staff *Some of these services require an extra charge.
